My web host has advised me that the transfer between the two servers has completed with nary a glitch… except my hit counter getting reset. I think I can fix that.
[Addendum: I looked through my various stat reports for a number that most closely resembled where the counter was before the move. 40,160 was the closest statistic that actually resembled where the counter was. I have no way of knowing what it was when the site got moved, so that’s the number we’re going with even though it’s not exact.]
