I was at my favourite coffee haunt today and noticed that the Sony Style catalog had arrived with one of today’s newspapers. I picked it up - choosing it as my reading material over either the Star or the Sun - and began to thumb through.

Flip, blah, flip, blah, flip, blah, flip, blah, flip… OH… MY… GOD.

As far as home stereos go, I’m kinda partial to Yamaha. I’ve had my “little” Yamaha RX-485 for almost ten years now, and even though it’s not surround capable, it sounds incredible. (The B&W 600i speakers help). I know some people are partial to Harmon-Kardon, but that’s too mainline for me. I’m one of those people who prefers exotic. But after seeing what I saw in the Sony catalog today, I might change my mind.

Keep in mind, we’re talking uber dollars here.
