The story over at Softpedia about Microsoft’s commitment to upgrade user accounts to 250 megabytes of storage can be summarized in one line.

Some people have been upgraded. Some people haven’t been upgraded. A few people were upgraded and then downgraded again. There doesn’t seem to be any logic to dictate who has been upgraded and who hasn’t.

I haven’t been upgraded.

Do you have your 250 megs?

I’m not losing any sleep over it. I’m still going to use it for a spam box. Gmail has taken over as my web mail medium of choice.
