Isn’t that almost enough to buy… Prince Edward Island?

That’s how much ONE Lotto 6/49 player won last night. (And it wasn’t me.)

It was supposed to be a $40 million jackpot, but they had such a spike in ticket sales for the $40 million that they felt the urge to dump FOURTEEN MILLION of the surplus into the jackpot.

Why wouldn’t they put that into the next draw. When you’re winning 40 million.. is another 14 really going to make your experience that much more enjoyable?

The OLGC just confounds me.
