They say cats aren’t obedient. What a bunch of hooey.
About half an hour ago there was an ant climbing up the door to my office and Whipper decided to go into “hunter mode”, jumped off her perch and started to paw at it. Normally I wouldn’t care but there are about six coats hanging on that door and I thought that if she started jumping for it (it was almost out of her reach) then it might get ugly.
I said “Whipper, leave it alone.”
She turned, looked at me, and jumped back up on her perch. And you know she got a treat for that.
