I was recently researching Alfred Hitchcock and was browsing his Wikipedia entry. (Sorry, too lazy to link.)
Long time Seinfeld fans will remember the famous Seinfeld episode where Kramer was convinced he met the famous author Salmon Rushdie who Kramer proposed was operating under the assumed name of “Saul Bass”. Kramer said “He’s just substituting one fish for another!”
Saul Bass was a frequent collaborator with Alfred Hitchcock.
Incredibly useless discovery or do you think this was an “inside joke” among the Seinfeld writers?
