Karla Homolka is a household name in Canada. A little more than a decade ago, she and her nymphomanic husband tortured, raped, and killed two schoolgirls. I think Karla’s sister was also attacked at one point.

She is probably the “most notable” criminal of this generation in Canada, and today a court removed all of the restrictions placed on her release.
