Y’know…
Maybe there is a connection between Chretien’s resignation and Saddam’s capture.
They seemed to happen with just enough of a time interval for somebody to pack their bags, and fly from Ottawa to Tikrit.
Two tyranical dictators removed from power in the same week.
Coincidence?
